Payment options
Every online payment is handled by Razorpay, one of India's largest payment gateways. We never see or store your card details.
Pay online
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app.
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and American Express, debit or credit.
- Netbanking from all major Indian banks.
- Wallets such as Paytm, Mobikwik and Amazon Pay.
Customers outside India pay in US dollars by international card.
Pay by invoice: bank transfer or Payoneer
Handy for high-value stones and trade orders. Choose “Pay by invoice” at checkout and your order is placed straight away. Within one business day we'll send you:
- In India: our bank details for NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI.
- Outside India: a Payoneer payment request that you can pay online.

Invoices and GST
GST on orders delivered in India is shown separately at checkout. Every order comes with a GST invoice; add your GSTIN in the company field of the billing address if you need to claim input credit. International orders carry no Indian GST.
If a payment fails
If money left your account but you didn't get an order confirmation, don't pay again straight away. Failed payments are usually reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days. Contact us with the payment reference and we'll check it for you.
