Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and addresses when you order or create an account.
• Your order history.
• Your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter.
• What you type or say to our AI assistant, only while answering it. We don't keep the conversation; it stays in your browser tab until you close it.
• Basic technical data (such as your country and browser) to run the site, keep it secure and show the right currency.

We do not see or store card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders, and to issue invoices.
• To reply when you contact us.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: our payment gateway (Razorpay), courier partners (to deliver your parcel), our email provider and our hosting provider. We never sell or rent your data. Questions to the AI assistant are answered by Anthropic's Claude service, which doesn't use them to train its models. If you use the assistant's microphone, your browser turns speech into text (in Chrome this goes through Google).

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your bag, your login and your region. We don't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. Other data is kept while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.

You can see and update your details in your account, unsubscribe from emails at any time, or ask us to correct or delete your data by contacting us at [email protected].
