Natural stones are all different. Here's how we make sure you get what you expect.
Natural, and described honestly
We sell natural crystals and gemstones. Many stones in the trade are routinely treated, for example heated, dyed, oiled or stabilised. When we know a stone has been treated, the listing says so. We don't sell glass or synthetics as natural stone.
Sourced with care
We buy from suppliers we trust and look for good colour, clarity and finish. Pieces with cracks, chips or poor polish are set aside when we check them before packing.
Checked before it ships
Every order is checked against its listing (stone, size and quantity) and packed to travel safely. Fragile pieces are wrapped individually.
Accurate sizes and photos
Sizes are measured in millimetres and weights in grams or carats. Photos are of our own stock, taken in natural light with minimal editing. For one-of-a-kind pieces, the photo is the exact stone.
If something's not right
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you. See shipping & returns.
