Are your stones natural?
Yes. We sell natural crystals and gemstones. Where a stone has been treated (for example heated, dyed or stabilised), the product page says so. Read our quality promise.
Will I get exactly the stone in the photo?
For one-of-a-kind pieces, yes. For stones sold by size (tumbles, palm stones, beads), the photo shows a typical piece; every natural stone has its own colour, pattern and inclusions.
What does "/ strand" or "/ lot" next to a price mean?
It tells you what the price is for: one piece, one strand of beads, one lot, and so on. The size options on the product page show the measurements.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. You can pay online by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet, or choose pay by invoice for a bank transfer or Payoneer payment.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1-3 business days. Delivery then takes 3-7 business days in India, or 4-14 (express) to 10-25 (standard) business days internationally.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, worldwide. International prices are in US dollars, and import duties, if any, are paid by the recipient.
Can I return an item?
No, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund it. See shipping & returns.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Shops, healers and jewellers can buy at trade prices. Contact us with what you need; trade accounts on the website are coming soon.
Can I see more photos or a video before buying?
Of course. Send the product link on WhatsApp and we'll share more.
How do I look after my crystals?
Some stones are soft or fade in sunlight, and a few must never get wet. Our care guide covers the common ones.
Can crystals heal medical conditions?
Crystal properties described on this site are traditional beliefs. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a doctor.
