Shipping & returns

Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1-3 business days of payment. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery times

• India: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• International Standard: 10-25 business days.
• International Express: 4-14 business days.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and duties

International orders may be charged import duty or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your country's customs and are paid by the recipient.

Returns

All sales are final: we don't accept returns or exchanges, so please check the photos, sizes and descriptions before you order. Natural stones vary in colour, pattern and inclusions, so small differences from the photos are not a fault.

Damaged or wrong items

Please record a video while opening your parcel. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us the video and photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, including shipping.

Refunds

We refund only damaged or wrong items (above) and orders we cancel, within 5-7 business days, to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before your order ships and we'll refund you in full. Once it has shipped, it follows the returns process above.
