How to order
Ordering online takes a couple of minutes. If you'd rather talk to a person, we're a WhatsApp message away.
Ordering on the website
- Find your stone in the shop or by category. Use search for a stone name or SKU.
- Pick a size if there's a choice. Prices show what they are for, e.g. “/ strand” or “/ piece”.
- Add it to your bag, then open the bag and choose Checkout.
- Enter your delivery address and pick a shipping option.
- Pay online by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet, or choose pay by invoice for a bank transfer or Payoneer payment. See payment options.
- You'll get an order confirmation by email. We dispatch within 1-3 business days and send tracking once it ships.
An account is optional, but it lets you see past orders and save addresses.
Ordering on WhatsApp
Send us a photo or the product link on WhatsApp +91 94143 85311 and we'll confirm availability, share more photos or a video, and send a payment link. This suits one-of-a-kind stones and anything in the gallery, which isn't sold through the cart.
Bulk and trade orders
Shops, healers and jewellers can buy at trade prices. Contact us with what you need and we'll quote; a trade account on the website is coming soon.
