Products and photos
Our crystals and gemstones are natural, so colour, pattern, size and inclusions vary from piece to piece. Unless a listing says it is one-of-a-kind, photos show a typical piece. Sizes and weights are approximate. Any treatment we know of is stated on the listing.
Crystal properties described on this site are traditional and cultural beliefs. They are not medical, psychological or financial advice.
Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees for India and US dollars elsewhere. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. If a listing has an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item turns out to be unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.

Trade accounts
Trade (wholesale) prices are available only to approved trade accounts and may carry their own terms, which we'll share on approval.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
